"on the upper floor we had a kitchen, a living room and a large shared terrace, which was very nice. the whole thing was very well maintained. the staff was kind and attentive. we loved our stay there."

"I had a fantastic one-night stay at Residence chanty! The room was incredibly clean, with fresh linens and pillow covers that made it feel very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The room also had a small fridge, a cupboard, and a dressing table—great for added convenience. The owner is very kind, friendly, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, and having access to a kitchen to cook our own meals was a great bonus. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!"

"The only downside was that the shower didn't work properly; the water pressure was quite low. But aside from that, everything else was perfect! I'd definitely recommend Residence chanty for a comfortable and affordable stay."

"Jättefina och omtänksamma värdar. Stora rum och rymliga utrymmen som exempelvis kök och terrass. Hjälpte till med extra adapter då de hade en äldre variant av eluttag i huset. Stor kyl och jättebra mindre frys i köket som vi använde som komplement till den som fanns i vårt rum. Väldigt fräscht badrum. Rekommenderar varmt detta boende."

"Отличное расположение, недалеко от пляжа. Очень тихое место, несмотря на то, что рядом жд станция. Есть общая кухня со всем необходимым и холодильник. Вежливая хозяйка, нам все понравилось"

"Самая лучшая вилла в Унаватуне. Идеально все. Огромные номера. Огромная гостинная зона с кухней и обеденным столом для друзей. Также можно готовить на отличной кухне, которая расположена во дворе. Чистота. Вентиляторы и кондиционеры. Ванная комната потрясающая. На вилле всего три размещения. Часть виллы на 2 комнаты, вторая часть отдельная со всеми удобствами индивидуальными. Получается, что максимум размещается три семьи. Жили в обеих частях виллы, тк выезжаем переодически. Управляющие виллой прекрасные люди. Организовывают байки, помогают с любыми вопросами. Отзывчивые и всегда на связи. Очень зеленая территория с огромными деревьями и кустами, павлины гуляют. Рядом магазин, пекарня, рисовые поля, черепаший пляж. Чуть дальше огромные супермаркеты, алкомаркеты и все необходимое. До пляжа на байке или тук-тук."

"Отличное месторасположение. Недалеко от рынка, в 5 минутах ходьбы шикарный пляж. Вилла очень просторная, есть кухня. Номера отличные, есть всё необходимое. Хозяйка очень приветливая, помогала нам во всём. Есть прекрасная территория, где можно посидеть отдохнуть. Большое спасибо этой семье за гостеприимство. При возможности обязательно вернёмся сюда снова."

"Отличная вилла для отдыха. Находится недалеко от пляжа, рынка и вокзалов, но в тихом чистом переулке. Все фото и описание соответствуют действительности. Особенно порадовало белоснежное белье и чистота на кухне. Хозяева очень доброжелательные, всегда готовы помочь. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления. Большое спасибо хозяйкам за наш отдых!"

"Velika soba s kopalnico in s skupnim velikim prostorom, kjer je kuhinja z jedilno mizo ter dnevni prostor z 1 dvosedom in 2 fotelja."

"V bistvu nič takega. Mogoče je zjutraj, ko je vse še tiho, malo moteč hrup železnice, ki pa se sliši daleč naokoli in v bistvu ni lokacije, kjer se ne bi slišal vsaj malo. Praktično se hrup vlakov sliši po celi relaciji na Šri Lanki, kjer je mreža železniških prog po otoku."

"Хорошее расположение отеля: очень тихое место, рядом ж.д вокзал и автостанция, пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы. Общая кухня, где можно не только выпить чай или кофе, а также полноценно приготовить обед или ужин. Хозяйка отеля живет в соседнем доме - может оперативно решить все вопросы."

"Dining was a definite highlight. Breakfast comes with two choices—English breakfast or Sri Lankan breakfast, with the local option allowing you to choose between string hoppers or milk rice. We tried both styles, and they were equally enjoyable. For lunch and dinner, meals can be ordered from their on-site restaurant, The Local, where we sampled the chicken kottu, creamy chicken pasta, vegetable noodles, and pumpkin soup—all of which were excellent and freshly prepared."

"Absolutely everything. The peacefulness of the location was perfect for me. The food was delicious even though I am a picky eater I tried everything and enjoyed most of it. Some things were not to my taste but that's on me. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the chef Sajith could out cook Gordon Ramsey! The host Pubudu was amazing, speaks perfect English, he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, he was at the door every morning (I liked it so much I extended my stay to 3 nights) making sure I was ready to go on the safari trip which was arranged via the hotel as they have their own jeep and driver who was excellent (I wish I could remember his name) I am already planning on a return visit as I got the feeling that nobody wants you to leave, they are that friendly it's like they knew me before I got there.
