"Absolutely amazing host! He helped me to make a good itinerary for my short stay in Nuwara Eliya and gave me good food recommendations. He is a really genuine person that wanted for me to have the best experience and I really appreciate it. On my next day he prepared a breakfast for me to take it with me since I needed to leave for my train to Ella. The apartment is located is a calm area and yet really close walkable distance to the center of the city."

"Host was very accommodating and gave us very good tips for dinner and tea factory. The restaurant view was really nice too. Host made us take away breakfast for 7.30 departure which was nice as breakfast does not start till 8 am."

"We had a fantastic stay at Lassana Villa,Kalum was an outstanding host being friendly and very knowledgeable, helping us plan our stay with some great recommendations of sites, restaurants and things to do. He also helped us with tuk tuk journeys, scooter rental . The property has lovely airy rooms with a common area and a dining room with a lovely view. The breakfast provided was excellent and Kalum even made us a packed breakfast for our last morning. I highly recommend this establishment."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me a lot of information about Sri Lanka. Breakfast was also super good. Location was good and hotel was very peaceful. Warm water in a shower was also nice."

"Whilst the property was clean, welcoming and had everything you needed, it really is the owner that makes this place! He went beyond, sitting with us on arrival to talk about our stay and plans. He helped with transportation, gave really good recommendations for restaurants and advice on exploring the local area. He was an absolute gem!! A really comfortable stay!"

"I spent a night here and really enjoyed it. The room was cozy, clean and perfect for a solo traveller, with a comfortable bed. The hot shower was great after a chilly evening and the blankets were warm. Kalum, the host, was amazing, very friendly and full of helpful advice. He gave tips for hiking the Pekoe trail and up-to-date information about the train running again after the cyclone, which allowed me to do a train ride to Ella even though I initially thought I couldn’t. Breakfast was wholesome and delicious. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and feels peaceful, yet it is still walkable from the main road. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya."
