Good linen. ** Hot water. ** Excellent breakfast/ dinner served. ** Offered coffee/tea each morning and throughout the day, even without taking meals. ** Good-sized terraces to watch the monkeys daily. ** Hosts look after the garden and property well. ** Kind hosts are willing to provide cups, glasses, and a kettle, perfect for a longer stay. ** Property is safe & secure, also with security cameras. ** Very convenient tuk-tuk service provided by a close neighbour, with good rates. ** Property is in the heart of a small, quiet, community, surrounded by friendly, smiling, beautiful people and children. "It is a perfect location, in the city center but three minutes by walk from the road so you don’t hear a sound of the crazy road of Mirissa. Truly appreciated this cosy atmosphere, three minutes from the beach, and everything else. The family is the sweetest, they will treat you as you were part of the family whilst making sure of your privacy."
