"There are only 3 lifts for a very large hotel operating across 26 floors. It wasn’t that busy when we’re there so the waiting times for the lifts were slightly long but manageable but I can imagine it’s really slow when busy."

"The Ts&Cs form on check in rivalled a telecommunications provider. No one coming in from an international flight should or reasonably could be asked to read and understand that. Lots of post-stay follow up and i appear to have been signed up to something I can't unsubscribe from - the links were disabled. Also, I do review, but I don't review things right away, and being hassled relentlessly is really annoying to the point of reconsidering staying again."
