"Hospitality, friendly approach and worth for money. She gave very good hospitality, been very friendly. We asked hot water every time while having food, she gave it every time with a smiley face. Transport easily available. Exactly quite opposite to seetha Amman temple. We had to leave the place at 3am, her husband helped us with their car to drop us in the bus stand at very reasonable price. Scenarios are amazing from the room window. On the whole, I recommend the place with confidence and 100% worth the money. Keep up the same customer service mentality, great hospitality and all the best. Irrespective of going to nuwara eliya on my next sri lanka, Will go to akiko Rest."

"Please check before check in because there is a foreign lady who is staying there for a long time, who thinks that she owns this place. You will be disturbed each minute by her saying various things, you won't be able to enjoy the stay if she is there. we value others privacy. Since we also pay for our stay, it is unfair that we are disturbed by the foreigner even we speak to each other and open or close a door. යන්න කලින් check කරල බලන්න. පැල් බැඳගෙන ඉන්න නාකි සුද්දි නම් මහ වාතයක්."

"Clean and big rooms. Comfortable. We wanted to stay nearby Ashok vatika. The Seetha Amman temple is just opposite. Just some 100m walk. The owner was nice person. She had 4 rooms ready and asked us to choose whichever we wanted. When we were there she took her husband for dialysis. Still she attended our call promptly from the hospital and answered all our queries and kept the house ready for us. Those who are pure vegetarians there is a small pure veg restaurant right next to her place. Sri Rama cafe. Her house surrounded by beautiful garden. And the stay was fairly cheaper too."

"- the surrounding environment at night very dark and scary - if you travel with infant you can’t use that water for washing or cleaning very dirty yellow color water coming - nearly no any food shops or restaurants if you have vehicle in your hand you have to travel 5km to the town eat good food."
