"Very very good location. The bus stop was directly opposite to the hotel. We took the bus from this stop till Malbun. The breakfast was very good and the scrambled eggs were super duper. Many thanks to the Chef."

"We stayed one night only. The hotel is situated up on the mountain, with nice view over the border on Swiss Alps. We had to do self check in upon arrival, since there were no stuff at reception. The check-in was really easy. We had two room facility, with enough privacy - we traveled with a child. It was warm and comfortable, with warm floor, which really gives extra comfort at cold weather. There are a few restaurants nearby, but if you are not hungry you can use that bar on the ground floor, which is called "Honesty bar", where you can make your own tea or coffee free of charge and get something to the coffee at decent price, which you have to pay cash in box. There was also selection of alcohol beverages. The breakfast was good enough - nice lady came in the morning, she made eggs - sunnyside, scrambled or boiled. You can also get ham, cheese and some vegetables."

"Excellent location near restaurants and bus transport. Great breakfast and excellent outlook. The cook was very pleasant and helpful."

"The self check-in system was appalling and took over an hour with phone calls to sort it out. Other guests experienced even longer times to check in. The assistant on the help phone seemed to not know how to remedy the problem. Very poor."

"Self check in is not my favourite. One travels to meet and talk with people and talking with a machine is not the same. Despite that, check in was easy."
