"Location, cleanliness, facilities and views. But most important the management and staff of Casa Del Mir made our experience amazing."

"What I particularly appreciated was 1- The cleanliness of the room; it's newly constructed with good finishes and comfortable furniture. 2-The local staff were friendly, helpful, and collaborative. They provided us with an extra mattress for the kids. They guided us to nearby attractions in the region, which added to the overall experience. Additionally, when a water leak occurred in the WC, they responded promptly and resolved the issue directly."
"What I disliked 1-Lack of Privacy: There is virtually no privacy, which is especially concerning for conservative families who prefer not to be exposed to the outside. The so-called “private” pool is visible to others, and the room’s windows allow people to see inside, defeating the purpose of enjoying nature. Additionally, the fences between chalets are perforated, making it feel like you’re sharing your space with the neighboring guests. 2-Construction Noise: Ongoing construction on the other chalets creates a lot of noise and disrupts the atmosphere. Given that the site is still under development, I believe the pricing should reflect that. 3-Miscommunication About Breakfast: After booking, we contacted the administration, and they confirmed that breakfast was included. However, in the morning, we ended up in a frustrating argument with the local staff who denied it. We had to call the admin again to clarify, which wasted valuable time from our vacation until they finally acknowledged their earlier verbal confirmation. 4-Small and Unclean Pool: The swimming pool was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was disappointing. Additionally, the water did not feel very clean, even after the filtration system was running."
"Everything exceeded our expectations, the staff, the bangalow, the private pool and especially the wonderful panoramic view of the Barouk mountain. In the morning you will admire the sunrise view over the mountain. Very calm and relaxing gateway. Finally the cherry on the top was the delicious authentic lebanese breakfast. Not to forget the italian pizza and salade we had in the evening. In total, I really recommend it and for sure we will come again."
