"a quiet heaven in a centre of town, 5' minutes walk from the Morning market, the evening food market and Wat Si Saket. Hotel has just been refinished. We also enjoyed cooling down and relaxing by the pool at the end of the afternoon while sipping a gin & tonic!"

"Settha Palace is a great option in Vientiane. The boutique hotel is housed in an old villa, which is classic and essential. The pool is a plus, and the staff is very friendly and polite. You can't go wrong. Walkable distance from a busy area and a couple of landmarks!"

"What a gem!! Only staying at this Hotel worth the trip to Vientiane. It keeps the glamour and comfort of the past. I have no words for the personal. Since the beginning, they were very nice, polite, and helpful. We faced some problems during our trip, and they helped us with everything, making us feel at home. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. You have anything you may need. Breakfast is nice, and taking it in the swimming pool area is the best way to start the day. We had dinner at the restaurant, and I must say it is the best burger we have ever eaten. Location is superb. Walking distance to street markets and Patuxai. We recommend it, and for sure, we will be back soon."

"Lovely old colonial building. Warm greeting on arrival. Very comfortable bed with good quality linens. The bathroom could have had more places to put toiletries but otherwise it was fine. Good breakfast with a la carte offerings and good tea!"
