"Very good location in a quiet street but 5 mins from the town center. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Great breakfast too. Staff and especially main host was very helpful and attentive. Also loved the look of the place which was beautiful."

"Breakfast from 7.30 to ten was a little limited but what there was was good, the cofee was not palatable, and the milk powdered.The view from the Balcony is not of the Mekong,but the less brown calmer Pak Ou (or something like that).The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, though shallow for adults ideal for chidren. A fair size fridge in each room, and a fairly quiet and efficient ac. Cheap cheap and efficient laundry. reception helpful anfd generally well informed. Well located for sights, resteraunts and facilities."
