"Lovely central hotel with helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. Great having a balcony with mountain views. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety of different foods."

"Vang Vieng is a small town make walking a breeze around, night market (also the walking street) fresh local foods were delicious. Balcony rooms facing the mountain and river were beautiful with motor gliders floating in the air and hot air ballons in the morning and evening. Room was simple with no fuss, nice feel. the only property's land that stretches toward the river, great planning."
"The towels are old with yellow stains, one of the morning fruits sections consists of boiled sweet potatoes, pumpkin and watermelon. Bad distortion on tv channels (reason given, had storm few days back), it wasn't only my room. (It shows that housekeeping didn't report (suggest have Regular maintenance, investing in a robust antenna, using signal boosters, and clearing of obstructions and so forth)."

"We had one unfortunate incident when the neighbouring room was having a loud party until 4am. The staff must have known as there were ordering loads of food and thus permitting this behaviour. We didn’t appreciate it."

"The pool was awful; a green colored algae tub. Come on guys! You have plenty of staff to keep track of the pool. Probably this is sadly the byproduct of Asian laidback style. Reactive instead of proactive. Less of a minus was; room misses a decent desk/ side table/ thingy to put your backpack or suitcase on."
