"Although the official checkin time is 1500, we arrived after a long overnight travel, tired and dusty, at 1100am. We requested an early checkin, however our room wasnt ready, but the reception allowed us an early checkin to an higher grade ( slightly more costly) at 1100am, which waa much appreciated."

"First of all, I came to the hotel. I feel a little bit bad from the receptionist who ignore me. No say anything to make me feel better while I am in front of the counter alone. But it doesn't matter. Just only Bell Boy who greeting and informed me to waiting a few minutes. He served us for the welcome drink and cookie. But I would say thank you the receptionist to offer the early checking in instead of 3 pm."
