"All the staffs are so kind they always helped me get my laggage down from 4th or 3rd floor(I stayed here twice). The room with a fridge, A/C, TV and mirror is spacious and calm. The bed is so comfortable that I had a really good sleep every night. Laundry is amazing! They gave it back to me within three hours! And perfectly clean! Breakfast is also nice, you can choose whatever you like from the menu under 1300T. It has a really wide range. As my checking out, the receptionist called me a taxi at reasonable price. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel, and it comes every 2 or 3minutes. You can get to the city center easily. I truely recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent value. Very well managed indeed with breakfast included (and a wide range of choices available too). The staff are very professional and check-in was consequently a smooth process. The room and adjoining ensuite were clean, comfortable and airy. There was a television, wardrobe desk and chair as-well-as a lounge armchair, AC, a refrigerator and ample other necessities included. There is complimentary water available too. I booked three nights in a single room via a booking platform for 24,000. I would thoroughly recommend and should I return to Aktau, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
