"Not much I didn't like really. Other people staying there were a little noisey but that's expected in any hostel."
"Great area. There's a fantastic Middle Eastern restaurant called Harissa nearby with lots of vegetarian options. Single rooms are spacious and comfortable but if you are a light sleeper maybe better to choose a room upstairs from the common area. Nice cats!!"

"The room is good but quite small for 2 person and also no mirror , we have to use washroom mirror and the shower holder is broken, difficult to take shower. The location is good, walking distance to some restaurants and mini mart."

"It has an amazing location in Almaty, many great facilities, was very clean, good range of interesting travellers. Reception is very friendly and helpful, the wifi was quite strong most of the time for remote work and the rooms were comfortable"
"There are people that use the downstairs room as their personal walkway, I think they live on the property. They open and slam the doors very loud and hard disregarding anybody sleeping. One guy in particular doesn’t seem to care if he slams the door and it stays open, even if it is snowing and freezing outside. If this is your property, this is no way to behave in the room of paying guests"

"The staff is one of the best I have ever had contact with! I don't remember her name, but she had long black hair and helped us out a lot! The kindness and willingness to help exceeded all of possible expectations. Thank you for that! Definitely coming back when traveling to Almaty."
