"The location was great - a short walk from the Astana arena, opposite a large supermarket and coffee shops and bus stops outside. The apartment is very comfortable with washing machine, nice shower. The big kitchen window faces east for the morning sun and the small enclosed balcony faces west for the evening sun."

"Эту квартиру оценить не смогли, оказалось, что она на ремонте. Хозяйка делала отмену на букинге заранее, но почему - то нам сообщение не пришло. Но нам предложили тоже хорошую квартиру в жк Алма парк. Порадовала чистота. Ребенку 2х лет очень понравилась детская площадка в закрытом дворе. Также рядом очень симпатичный сквер, ну и ботанический сад, конечно. Местоположение хорошее."
