"No sabem el nom de la noia de recepció, però tot i que ens havíem de comunicar amb el traductor ens va ajudar i ens va fer molt bones indicacions. Això confirma que qui es vol comunicar, tot i no parlar cap llengua comuna, es pot comunicar. La ubicació està molt bé, prop de restaurants, i les habitacions són àmplies i còmodes. L'esmorzar també està força bé. Gràcies!"

"I’ll star saying the staff was amazing and kind. When I arrive they offered me coffee or something else. Then my room was amazing, everything was clean. With heating and the toilet was clean. About the location it depends about your plans. But was ok."

"I got a 4am train the next day and they have been super helpful. The room is perfect. The atmosphere is great and you can play snooker. There’s a bus station nearby."

"I was surprised to see such hotel in Taraz, It’s quite and at night you sleep like a rock , it’s very clean, and very comfortable, the rooms are huge and very comfortable, we had all accessories as well, the breakfast was standard for any italian hotels, the coffee was excellent , the staff was helpful and very responsive,Fantastic experience"
