"Понравился современный корпус и интерьер, можно сказать, что не хуже, чем в гостиницах Астаны. Также очень вежливый обслуживающий персонал, который идет навстречу клиентам. Рекомендую!"

"Единственное, что в номере "Стандарт" не было чайника и завтрак необходимо заказывать отдельно, но ресторан тоже очень уютный и всё было вкусно."

"Handsdown the best hotel in the small but beautiful and quiet soviet era looking town of Kyzylorda, I had a 2 day work trip to the closed city of Baikonur and chose this hotel. Absolutely worth it's price, located on the main Rd with extra large and spacious rooms, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and other facilities are all available although I did not have the time to make best use of them. Located in the bustling neighborhood of town."
