"Modern , close to stores and restaurants, not too far away from the subway station. Great to have a full cleaning service and not have to worry about taking the rubbish out like other places."
"The room was extremely hot causing me to practically struggle to sleep every night. I asked about the air conditioning but was told Korea doesn’t use air conditioning in the winter. I’ve been to Korea the same time of year twice and I had air conditioning. If it isn’t allowed to be used then there needs to be a way to ventilate the room as it was pretty unbearable at times. Also personal opinion but I felt the location was a little too far out for my liking."
"I had a great stay at Uh Flat The Seocho. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. What I appreciated the most was how responsive the team was. They replied very quickly on KakaoTalk whenever I had a question, which made everything very easy and smooth during my stay. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again."

"Had booked two appartements and it was AMAZING! The reception service was literally 24hrs available and tended to our needs via whatsapp. Kitchen utensils were all there. TV had Netflix. Tons of storage. Just only there is no view, as there are a buildings across and make sure to close the curtains from the Room ( 208) side. We initially thought there were no windows from across the building, but realised that high up there were windows, and a person was watching from there. Just close the curtains at night. Other than that, we will definitely come back here with our family. And the massage chair was top notch ! Thank you UH Flat!❤️"

"Seocho is non-tourist area with many full of convenience stores, restaurants and mini-supermarkets around. The Flat is 5-10min walks to 3 underground stations."
