"The hotel is very high end and has a lot to offer, great breakfast, insanely good room (very luxurious) and was comfortable."

"The underground parking that the hotel offers is paid (5000 W per day) and it was hard to understand and communicate with the employees that run the parking (Kakao parking - not related to the hotel) But overall it was fine.."

"The staff was very responsive. We were a bit hot in our room and as soon as we contacted them through the chat they went to our room to check the thermostat. They even returned to deliver a fan to help us stay cool at night (there is central air so the aircon only goes so low). The location is a short walk to the market, the local train station (not KTX), and buses to take you anywhere in the city."

"The contactless check in was a little confusing and took longer than anticipated (I was a little confused by the email but they did send an email prior to check in). The English site for check in was as easy to navigate as the Korean, once I found the Korean site the process was fast! The breakfasts were just ok."

"Schönes Zimmer in der Nähe des Taehwagang Bahnhofs. Gute Nahverkehrsanbindung mit einer Bushaltestelle neben den Hotel. Der Self-Check-In verlief reibungslos."

"位置很不錯，太和江站走路十分鐘就到了，一出來就是公車站（蔚山還沒有地鐵），而且一樓就有emart超讚😍 距離有名的橋村炸雞走路約10分鐘可到 房間的電視可以看YouTube 超讚"

"由於飯店大廳是完全無人的，我們住超過四天因此想預約房間清潔服務卻完全沒辦法，因為必須透過電話聯絡，但是我們買的電信方案並沒有辦法撥打電話，所以後來就放棄了（但後來其實仔細想想跟路人借電話就好）"

"아침식사를 한식/양식 선택할 수 있어 좋았고 양식을 선택했습니다. 스크램블 에그가 부드럽고 좋았습니다. 식당도 깨끗했구요! 부페식이 아닌것이 더 좋았습니다. 1인객실 역시 청결하고 넓었으며, 침구도 편안했습니다. 다음에 울산에 간다면 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다."
