"The Staff were very friendly and it was in a perfect location...a 15 minutes walk would get you from the Hotel to the Lotte World Mall that was good for shopping & just relaxing. Apart from the mall there were a number of food places nearby where one could grab a quick meal. Really great location and would definitely recommend it."

"The location is great. Close to lotte word and few step to the lake. Many restaurant and coffe arround this area. The staff speak english a little but still enough. Breakfast food is fair."

"The hotel was an affordable option in the Jamsil area, about a 10 to 15mins walk from Lotte World Adventure. Even though it was near tourist attractions, the area felt quite local. It was diagonally opposite Seokchon Lake and had a scenic view of the Lotte World Tower. It was also a popular spot for residents in the area to exercise and hang out. Just minutes from the hotel are a few convenience stores which are good to grab snacks on the way out and way back. The room was compact but comfortable and the hotel reception was helpful."

"There is a beautiful lake and park near the hotel. It's a nice moment to walk in the park every morning with so many local people. The staffs are nice & friendly. I felt here as my home afer watching musical the phantom of the opera at Charlotte Theater."

"I really liked the location of the hotel, also the room was big and comfortable, and the air conditioning was nice and cold just how I like it, the staff were very helpful, and could speak english so I have not had any trouble with checking in or checking out, the location is a a few steps to lotte mall, and there is a huge park and lake, around the block"
