"집에서 휴가를 보내는 느낌입니다. 수건도 넉넉하고 욕조도 있고, 전기레인지, 전자레인지, 밥솥, 정수기, 에어컨, 냉장고, 그리고 충분한 식기류가 있습니다. 침대방1, 바닥방1, 욕실2, 거실, TV 있음."

"여름에 방문해서 벌레 걱정했는데, 신기할 정도로 방 안에는 벌레가 하나도 없었어요. 정말 관리를 빡세게 하시는 느낌.. 정말 좋았고, 올라와있는 사진보다 훨씬 깔끔하고 좋아요. 사진처럼 레트로 느낌 아니고 정말 깔끔해요. 방 안에서 요리, 조리 다 가능해요. 서귀포 갈 일 있으면 무조건 다시 갈 거에요."

"바닷가가 보이는 펜션, 누군가에게 간섭받기 싫은 사람에게는 괜찮은 휴식 공간이 될 수 있음. 조리가 가능한 취사도구가 구비되어 뭔가 해먹을 수 있다는 점이 일반 호텔 객실과의 차이점인듯."
"아무래도 관광지 자체가 쇠락하다보니 펜션도 관리가 잘 안된 부분이 많음. 관리를 포기해서 외부의 나무판자가 썩어가는 동도 있고 출입구에서도 재산권 분쟁 때문인지 기존 계단 일부가 철조망으로 막혀 있음. 여자친구랑 같이 오기에는 부담스러울지도?"
"일단 바깥쪽은 정비가 안된 곳이 많아요. 베란다가 떨어져 보이는 곳이 있는데 그쪽은 어차피 렌트 안하니까 상관은 없을 것 같아요. 입구쪽에서 바로 보이는 집들의 베란다가 손상되어 그런거구요, 렌트한 집 자체는 전혀 문제 없는 정도가 아니라 매우 아늑하고 좋아요. 침구도 준비가 식구 수 -6명 대로 준비가 잘되어 있구요, 정수기도 있고요. 뭐 내 집보다 좋습니다. 가격대비 완전 짱이예요. 제가 유럽 여행을 다니면서 또 제주에 살면서 이집 저집 독채로 빌려 보았는데요, 이 가격에 이만한 집 없습니다"
