"Location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Seongsu and so close to the train station. Money changing machine on floor 1 was handy. Staff were very accomodating, we needed to print off some important documents and they helped us."

"Walls are not very soundproof. When construction was ongoing for Musinsa Kicks it was quite loud. Also you can hear noise from neighbours and cleaners. Hard to sleep in. Bathroom was also quite small and water had to be managed to ensure it didn't spill everywhere. Worth noting that they have specific luggage lockers for storage, so if you have a late flight once you check out, you will need to pay to store luggage, also depending on how many guests check out on the same day, lockers aren't guaranteed."

"The location is great for Seongsu shopping and cafe as you are right in the middle of it. It is also very close to the Seongsu train station exit 3, convenient if you want to travel elsewhere. Price is also reasonable."

"The whole bathroom gets wet every time I showered, no barrier preventing water splashing and leaking out no matter how careful you shower. The walls were also a little thin that I could hear people next door. They also don't provide free luggage storage before or after your check-in time like other hotels, you have to pay and use the luggage locker provided at the hotel."
