"Not so much a problem of the hotel .... but most Jeju day tours leave from Jeju City. I chose to stay in Seogwipo because I had read that most tours were also available from Seogwipo. This is incorrect: there is one tour leader departing Seogwipo but book ahead :)"
"The receptionist were so friendly, smiley. The location is quiet near to the spots like waterfalls. The view is nice in their breakfast area. What stand me the most is how they cleaned up the bedsheet that I was unfortunately got stained (women's normal issue). I thought they would add me some charge of it. They helped me book a taxi too."
"The breakfast is so so. The bed is quiet hard. Facilities are quiet old. But it was not a problem overall, I had a very big space double bed and room which was very good. Very good for money."

"We loved this hotel so much! The staff was super friendly and helpful, our bedroom was big and comfortable. We opted for taking the breakfast buffet and we did not regret it. It was very complete and was perfect to start the day; plus, the views from the restaurant was amazing. 10/10"
