"It was in a super convenient area, right next to both Hongdae, Sinchon and the Subway. The accommodation was also great with a common area, 3 decently sized bedrooms and a kitchen. Love the water purifier."

"The host, Sarah, is awesome as very helpful and can communicate in English fluently. The heat flooring was great for the cold nights. Location is convenient and house is clean."

"Fairly convenient location with Hongdae main street close by. Liked the 3 separate sleeping rooms."

"No central, comfortable seating for the group. The bedrooms were great for sleeping, but we couldn't hang out and watch TV together. TV is in the bedroom with 3 beds. The common room has just a dining table and chairs... would love to see a TV in that room with even floor seating? Just not a group comfortable area to congregate. Shower was funky too... reminded me of a boat or camper bathroom... TP has to be put away while you shower as the shower head is just on the wall between the toilet and sink... you're showering in the middle of the bathroom. Just a bit strange, but i guess the norm given the limited sq ftg. Also, must turn on the hot water heater before showering.... Narrow stairs to go up with large luggage, just be aware. No elevators."

"Emplacement très pratique à 3 minutes du métro. Arrivée par code, échanges efficaces avec le propriétaire. Confort OK avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Bon wifi, chauffage pour l’hiver, machine à laver avec lessive, filtre à eau… On est à Hongdae en quelques minutes à pied et un GS25 + 7Eleven sont à proximité immédiate."

"Heureusement que la ruelle est calme, car l’isolation phonique est trop légère (malgré la double et triple fenêtre). Aucune vue sur l’extérieur. Porte d’entrée très mal isolée phoniquement, l’escalier (étroit et raide) est très présent !"
