"Excellent room. Free car parking. The room was clean & tidy. Good & varied breakfast. good bed and excellent bathroom. Good choice of restaurants in the vacinity. problem with TV (a previous customer had reset it) was resolved by staff within 5 minutes"
"The self clearing in the breakfast room meant that the tables were not cleaned by staff. Earlier customers had not cleared up very well and there were no staff to rectify this. Instructions in English for the air conditioning would have been appreciated."

"Nice clean and large hotel rooms close to Hahoe Village and the Andong Paper Factory. Staff were helpful and great at organising taxis for us, a group of 6 people. Close to a great coffee shop and Chinese restaurant"
"Area was very new and a little deserted at times and a 20 min taxi ride from the city. Beds were quite hard, for my liking. Chef was on the door at breakfast with dirty uniform each day so a bit off putting. Tables at breakfast weren't too clean."
