"Je n’ai pas eu d’information sur le Check in avant mon arrivée. Et arrivant il n’y avait absolument personne pour m’acceuillir. Donc j’ai dû comprendre par moi même en trouvant ma carte de chambre que c’était un self check-in. Et tout était écrit en coréen pour le nom des chambres. Donc c’était pas super facile mais totalement faisable par soi-même. Ça aurait été bien de me prévenir à l’avance que c’était un self Check in."
