"The hotel was in a superb location, right at the end of long sett beach. The rooms were big with a balcony, over looking the beach. Bathroom ok, the shower was no good, electric showers, water always cold. I couldn't understand why a hotel would have electric showers,when you have sun all year round. Solar panels,and unvented hot water cylinders. No brainer"

"When the beach was clean it was beautiful. But so much rubbish washes up on to the beach,and it seems nobody is in a hurry to clean them up. Id it a couple of times myself,and when I started taking pictures of the plastic pollution, bodies appeared and started cleaning the beach. Also there is a small lake between the hotel and beach. It's a haven for mosquitos,so at sundown,you can't sit outside,on your balcony or the restaurant on tables next to the lake. They do put a burning wick to try and repel them"

"Love the location. Away from the noise and easy 30 mins walk to get to in. Love the beach. White Sands and clear waters. Love the breakfast menu and the 4 cheese pizza was one of the best I've had ever!"

"A large bungalow with a balcony overlooking the lagoon and beach, fabulous for watching sunsets. The beach was gorgeous and white with plenty of loungers and attentive bar staff. Easy to spend the day there. The manager and staff were really helpful finding out information for me re ferries and visas which they didn't need to do so that was appreciated. Tuk tuks are the best way to travel on the island."

"The loud music from another venue further up the beach kept thumping until the early hours but Longset is the party place on Koh Rong."

"The staff weren’t as obliging as other places we have stayed. Really noisy people in the apartment next to us at 3 am. Thought management may have shut them down. Noise could be heard throughout the resort."

The cleanliness was truly impressive – everything felt sterile and perfectly maintained. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, which made our sleep amazing every night. The service was top-class: professional, warm, and genuinely caring. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would especially like to highlight Matteo and Ratanak– they were exceptional, incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They truly made our stay unforgettable. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and great service. The location is perfect – just two steps from the beautiful White Beach. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. I would love to come back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!"
