"Can’t beat the views! So quiet and peaceful and exactly like the photos. It’s far away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to take a tuk tuk or even walk into town."

"Some rooms were not great. They first gave me a room that reminded me of a prison cell and it was just by the pool bar so you would hear everything. They were nice though and gave me a new room when I asked to change a the new room was very nice. The staff wasn’t very service minded, not rude in any way just not great"

"A beautiful riverside setting where I had a room on the first floor with a generous verandah that allowed you to look beyond the pool and out to the river. I witnessed a gorgeous sunset from the riverbank. The food was delicious and there were reasonably good choices even as a vegetarian. The bed was firm, but comfortable. A little out of town but a tuk tuk ride didn't take long."

"A little extra effort on arrival was missing. No welcome drink, although I learnt that the place was being run by temporary replacement staff who were busy with dinner service. They were friendly, however. The shower had only reasonable water pressure. Overall though, I very much enjoyed the peaceful ambience. Coffee on the verandah with such a beaut view was bliss."

"The vibe and the nature is beautiful. The front 4 appartement are nice, the rest are average. Staff are very nice and helpful. Owner and wife are very nice. some rooms are very nice, some are very poor."

"I thought that the service could be warmer and more welcoming. It is brisk and efficient, but lacks the warmth which is typical in Cambodia. The food and drinks are on the pricier side."

"Staff were very friendly and gave us some local recommendations. There were two pools to pick from, the restaurant was good and it was a great view over the river. We also liked being a bit away from the town centre as it was quiet and only a very short TukTuk ride into town."

"It was good value for money, but it was a bit shabbier than the photos suggested. The lighting in the room was only mood lighting at it's brightest, which was a bit of an issue in the evenings as it gets dark from 6/6:30pm - my husband did have to read with a head torch!"

"Villa Verdici is perfect for relaxing or as a base for travelling around the area, I was there for cycling. There are 2 swimming pools, the newer one is good for exercising. Food is nice or there is a huge selection in town. Staff are all friendly and efficient. Wifi is good. The gardens are now mature and fresh coconut available. No need for aircon as the climate is warm but fresh compared to the city though it is available."

"Trivial thing but Electric plugs in the room seemed a bit tired for plugging in phone charger, I think there is a plan to rehabilitate already though."
