"The Urban" features a tour desk and a 24-hour reception. Massage and laundry services are provided. Tuk-tuk (trishaw) services are also available at an extra charge. The on-site taula gastronòmica serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. "L’hotel es preciós i el servei es excelent, Ms.Eang es súper atenta i tots els cambrers també! Es un lloc obert, plè de plantes, el verd brilla per tot arreu, es molt agradable! La piscina es un molt bon lloc per relaxarse! També eviten l’ús de plàstic i et donen una cantimplora per reomplir l’aigua. Ofereixen te gratis per les tardes, l’esmorzar també està molt bo! I recomano els margarites!"

"Very nice hotel in a great location. They provide stainless steel water bottles for use and there's a water filter at reception. Really nice to see hotels trying to reduce plastic bottles. Had a slight miscommunication with booking a tour but the staff were very apologetic and really bent over backwards to make things right. I got in really early and the staff were kind enough to let me use a shower and change for the day. Would highly recommend staying here."
