"The interior is beautifully decorated with wooden motifs from various temples around Angkor Wat. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Everything went smoothly and it was a genuinely great and warm stay in a gorgeous hotel. Overall, we had a great stay at Ta Prohm hotel and would recommend it."

"The beds could be upgraded a little bit. Main downside is that while the hotel is very centrally located, both the wooden structures/doors get quite noisy from other guests and it is located very close to the pub street and the music is very audible until very late night, so good noise-cancelling earplugs are strongly recommended. This is not really the fault of the hotel but definitely something to consider"

"Almost everything! The hotel itself is a museum inside, so beautiful and well kept!! The room was big, clean and nice with a very comfortable bed. The service is really good, polite and always with a big smile. The location is also very good near all the markets and by the river."

"Everything was really nice until we did the check out and were accused of stealing a pair of sleepers. And actually that happened while I was writing an opinion about the hotel saying how wonderful everything was so that made me feel a bit bad! Despite this misunderstanding, although not great, the rest was very good."

"The location of the hotel was amazing; it was right across the street from the Riverside Night Market, which places you in the hustle and bustle of the evening rush of the markets, but during the day it was quiet and peaceful with a nice view in the morning for breakfast. Because of the location, it was easy to get to the major sites such as Pub Street and even to the historical sites such as Angkor Wat. The staff was amazing and catered to everything needed, with great overall service. The first room we booked came with smaller beds, but the staff was quick to find another room for us to upgrade to when we stated that we needed something a little bigger as we needed more room for our family."

"The room was close to a construction site, the room we moved to was right in the middle of an area where they were doing construction. With that said the construction crew started their workday really early in the morning (6am) and because of this, the noise was unbearable and there was no sleeping in. The hotel front desk tried to talk to the construction crew but was ignored so we had to endure the deafening noise of the jack hammers and saws early morning and all day if we choose to stay in."

"As an American that travels way more than I should at 70 years old, my wife and I were extremely happy with every aspect of our little get away. So happy with it that we have decided to stay there again at the end of November too. Next time my niece and my wife's very good friend will accompany us too. I'm thinking this might be a monthly R&R for us. My wife and niece hourly loved the pool, and I worked the weights as they played in the water. On top of all of this magnificent hotel, the breakfast stole the show."
