"Sterile rooms (not very cozy). There is no breakfast offered, but you can buy it from the 'cafe' next door, however, the cafe does not have a kitchen and therefore the delivery time is extremely long (at least 45 min). Most hotel staff speaks very little english (it sounds like it is mostly Cambodians staying here)"

"We stayed for three nights at this hotel in Koh Kong and had a great experience. The hotel is new and modern, and our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. When we arrived, they kindly let us choose our room — since there was availability, they offered us the best one, with a large and very comfortable king-size bed, at no extra cost. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they gave us lots of tips about the area, activities to do, how to get around, where to rent a scooter, and the best places to eat. They were always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We actually ended up extending our stay by one night, and they even helped us book our transfer to continue our journey to Battambang. We highly recommend this place! The location is also very convenient — just a few minutes from the center of Koh Kong."

"After some correspondence nitial difficulty in getting the correct location/address, things worked out and checking was easy enough. The location was great only a short walk to Aeon mall, short ride to the night markets and river aide. Walking distance to awesome Bassac Lane. The owner Lily is absolutely lovely and happy to assist with what you need to be comfortable. Only downside was the mattress albeit comfortable was uneven and felt lumpy, but comfortable enough I could still get a good night's sleep. All in all I would recommend Lily's House to any travellers going to Phnom Penh."
