"The bungalows were clean and cosy- air con worked well, the pool was clean and they had great activities. The staff at reception were attentive and very welcoming!! The restaurant was great, good options on menu and clean! Most importantly the staff Bun lay FB Manager and waitresses Srey Nich Srey Nai and Makara made my stay even better, lovely staff highly recommend!! Will definitely be back , thank you !!!"

"The location was perfect and the pool was absolutely lovely! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable."

"The only downsides were the persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, which lingered throughout our stay, and the gym—it wasn’t really usable, with only a few pieces of equipment that weren’t very practical. Aside from those issues, we had a great time and really appreciated the overall experience."

The team on-site were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. That said, we recommend the management to improve the Lost and Found policy for clearer procedures and prompt follow-up with guests regarding any missing items. "We stayed at Scarlet Sails Villa for 2 nights from April 26–28 on Koh Rong Island. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing island escape. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we suggest that management reinforce the Lost and Found policy for better clarity and guest assurance, and ensure timely communication when guests report lost items. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality."

"The staff were amazing, so helpful when booking transport and just genuinely kind and happy to help. They even gave us a fruit plate at the end of our stay as we had been there for 10 nights. We ended up getting a free upgrade as they were doing construction where our room was which was just amazing. The pool was always clean and had the most incredible view of the beach. The breakfast was also really good. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and will be back in the future! Thank you to all the staff at Scarlet sails you are all amazing!!!"

"Great location, fabulous beach and close to small pier where the ferries drop off. Our room was very spacious. Plenty of seating on and near the beach bar and restaurant."

"Wifi not good. Some rooms are just about out of range. The scooter hire associated through the hotel was expensive and the bikes in very poor condition. Rooms with porches need chairs in order to use them."
