"You do not need anything except google translate to run with receptionist. Just drop the luggage and everything is there."
"But on the day of check out, we need one bottle of water and one small hotel pack sugar and they do not give at all due to day of checking out. How much does it cost to do this such in customer service? We have baby and packing to check out and could not go out to buy those things. We have urgent last moment needs ."

"Very clean and roomy apartment, area seemed nice and there was outdoor furniture on the balcony. Gas cooking and large fridge and washing machine in the apartment was very convenient. The cleaning lady was especially lovely and the staff were really helpful. I hope you like the outdoor cushions and the coat hangers and pegs we left behind for future guests. (Those items were not accidentally left behind)."

"The place was easy to find and a good location. The apartment had everything needed and was comfortable and clean, I loved the balcony areas. Water and slippers were given on arrival and water topped up each day which I liked. I would return here as the value for money was brilliant, we stayed with friends for a birthday. The rooftop pool was amazing I loved using it and I never saw anyone else up there so it felt very private"
