"The staff was very helpful, premises very clean with free drinking water, right in the city centre location and walkable everywhere. Value worth too."

"The owner was fabulous; attentive, very helpful and friendly. Our room was big with a large table and comfortable beds, clean and warm. We even had an extra heater if we wanted to use it. Our bathroom was big with plenty of hot water. It's good value for money compared to the other places I looked at. The location is excellent; right in the middle of town next to a supermarket and loads of eating options. It's also about a 15 minute walk to the GoBus stop (for the bus to/from Bishkek). There's a handy kitchen you can use if you wish and the owner even did laundry for us."

"This is really an amazing place in Karakol. We stayed in a double room. I don't know why someone would choose to stay in a different place. Is central, very clean, the rooms are great, beds are confortable, you have private bathroomv with great hot showers and in top of that a nice , well equipped shared kitchen. The supermarket is next door and the bazaar is 5 min walk away where you can find all the mashrotkas. I would stay here anytime."

"Wonderful stay in a hostel slash hotel, located perfectly in the town center, close to main street, bus stops, restaurants and next to Globus supermarket. Close to Buku Bazaar and Ashlan Fu Alley. Clean bedlinens and towels, comfortable beds that they moved together for me. Helpful staff. Would stay here again. I did not enquire, but there seemed to be more facilties than I saw (or needed)."
