"Super easy communication via WhatsApp when booked. Taxi and food delivery found the place easy. Staff show you to your room and no further bother. People concerned about the location, fear not, Bishkek has no real centre with anything not in other locations in the city (shops, restaurants etc) so it’s a nice 30 minute walk past all of these in what is considered the centre. I only took one taxi to the bus station as it’s a 90 minute walk. I become ill and in two messages I agreed cost for an extra night. Room would be considered a very goods bedsit in England and I was extremely happy with everything."

"We travelled as a group of 6, stayed there for 3 nights, went to Issyk-Kul, asked the owner if we could leave part of our luggage and he had no problem with looking after it for 4 days while we were away. Come back for the last two nights, Every time the rooms were all together for the group. The property is at a very central location, just short walking distance from Central Mosk, Tsum, Gum, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Rooms are clean with with tea/coffee facilities. Brilliant comunication. No big halls with reception, but we didn't need it. Our group found it a good value for money."
