"I especially liked the relaxed nature of the property. Very chill. After spending many stays in hostels and shared rooms this was excellent. All the amenities that I could have needed. Grocery store wasn't far and could get the basics for the suite."

"Nothing about the property itself. I guess the wifi could have been faster. If you need faster Internet choose room 3 and use an ethernet cable! The quiet I enjoyed comes with a less than central location. It's not possible to have both! Karakol is a lovely city to walk around."

"The location is perfect, since it is close to town and only 20 min away from the Karakol ski resort. The owners are super kind. They are willing to help you with everything you need, and very happy to answer to your questions. We were here during winter and although it was pretty cold outside the room was super warm and super cozy and comfy. I highly recomment this place."

"It's a little basic on the inside. There wasn't a mirror for example (except for one in the shower that you could use with a little effort). It could have been quite a bit cleaner in our opinion."

"Check-in process was very smooth, easy and quick. Owners were helpful but somewhat shy. They spoke both English and Russian. Their young daughter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and relatively new with modern furniture. Ensuite washroom was clean. There was a private kettle in the room as well as some tea for guests. The room was located in a separate building and was not shared with the owners' house. We could park our car literally in front of our room. Breakfast was not included in the price but could be purchased for the equivalent of 2 USD. We decided to give it a try and it was a good decision. From the menu we could choose items we wanted to have for breakfast. There were 6 choices available if I recall correctly. Breakfast was very tasty and filling. I left the place saturated. I’d definitely stay there again next time I am in the city."

"The accommodation is located at the outskirts of the city. It is quite a long walk to the city centre. Having a car makes life easier. The place was pretty quiet, but the walls were relatively thin and we could hear our neighbours from the adjacent room. Of course they could hear us as well. For us it was not a big deal since they went to sleep around the same time like us."
