"We got a free room upgrade due to availability. It was very pretty, in a gated community near the center. The hostess is very kind and responsive. The house is very pretty and new. Comfortable, all the appliances were brand new."
"No dedicated parking spots, and sometimes you have to drive around. WiFi was bad."

"Небольшие но комфортные для двоих апартаменты. Достаточно уютно. В пешей доступности филармония Место для парковки находилось рядом с домом. Зелено вокруг. Есть магазин, торговый центр и кафе рядом. Довольно тихо. Если просто и без изысков, за такую цену в самый раз. Хозяйка приветливая, все вопросы решались быстро."

"새 아파트고 근방에 수퍼가 여러군데 있어 생활에 불편이 없었습니다. 샤워부스에 물빠짐이 좋지 않아 숙소측에 연락했더니 즉시 조취를 해 주어서 지내는 내내 문제 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 아직 가스관이 연결되지 않아 가스레인지를 사용할 수는 없었으나 2구식 전기레인지(하이라이트)가 있고 마이크로웨이브 레인지도 있으며 기본적인 커트러리도 갖추어져 불편함이 없었습니다. 작은 냄비가 필요해서 요청했더니 역시 즉시 마련해 주어서 잘 사용했습니다. 새로 생긴 국제 버스 터미널이나 동부버스 터미널 가는 버스 정거장이 7~8분 떨어진 곳에 있는 것도 편리했습니다. 대부분 구 소련권 국가들의 아파트들이 어두운 복도에 좁은 엘리베이터를 가진 경우가 많은데 이 숙소의 경우는 대체로 밝은 편이며 큰 엘리베이터 하나와 작은 것 하나가 있어 불편하지 않았습니다. 천장이 높고 수납공간이 많은 것도 장점이 되겠네요."
"아파트 단지 반쪽은 아직 공사 중이라 소음이 발생하고 경관이 좋지는 않습니다. 숙소의 사정인지 통신사의 사정인지는 모르겠으나 WiFi도 안정적이지 않습니다만, 재방문할 의사는 있습니다."
"Очень нам с сыном понравились, хозяева приветливые. Не было никаких препятствий во время заселения. Очень чисто, комфортно. Все удобство были. Магазины, кафе все рядом. Есть лифт. Ещё раз заселимся когда приедем в Бишкек."
