"Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff were very helpful. Lera and Malik on the desk were very helpful and answered all questions. The cleaning staff were also polite and friendly. Location is near the Osh Bazaar, but not near the centre. It was not an issue for me, a simple look at maps would provide the location."

"The reception staff are extremely friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Lera, Malik and Ahmed made me feel at home throughout my stay – thank you all! They were always available to answer any questions about the city and local ways of doing things, and even helped me with scanning and copying documents I needed for my business trip. The decor of the hotel is very pleasant, everything is perfectly clean, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The location, while not exactly central, was ideal for where I needed to be, and it’s very easy to get a Yandex taxi from here. For those on a budget, bus No. 7 is great for reaching Osh Bazaar, Chui Avenue and the city centre. The hotel’s territory is secure, with a guard on site at all times. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back in the future."

"I had a great stay in Akjola Hotel, the staff was super helpful and friendly - especially Lera helped me with so many things! This really made me feel welcome and added so much to my stay in Bishkek. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good."

Location was a little outside the main centre but on the airport side and 15 min walk to Osh Bazaar. Excellent breakfasts - eggs, salad, pastries, fruit, teas coffees and juices."

"Could have done with a few hooks in the room (for towels) otherwise our room was perfect. The coffee was very weak according to the two coffee drinkers! Otherwise the breakfast was fabulous and set us up well for days exploring."
