"All the staff were exceptionally helpful. They helped me move rooms when I was concerned about noise from a jazz festival in the grounds. They even sent a maintenance man to my room to straighten out the padlock for my luggage, which had got damaged on my flight in. All the waiting staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean and well presented."
