"sorry to say the bathroom water heating needs attention. Of so we were warned to wait 5 minutes after running the taps but the best we got then was just lukewarm water. Also water pressure from the showers was frankly pathetic. I know it will cost money to get something decent in place and the goverment's recent hike of parking charges for the Park will hit all hotels badly BUT consider the customers please."

"Osero Lodge is a beautiful base for an incredible trip to the Masai Mara. If you get a chance to go on safari then DO IT! It's life changing. The staff are so kind and attentive and the masai guards escorting you to your tent is so comforting when you feel like you are out of your comfort zone."
"We had a couple of issues with the water not being hot but it was so warm anyway that a slightly cool shower was welcome. I have no doubt that if we complained about it the staff would have sorted it straight away."
