"Everything, the location was just at the takeoff. The owner and her husband provided every day a fresh breakfast and a great dinner. It is very familiar. They also organized the airport shuttle and motorbikes for us. It was clean and has a very nice view."

"We really enjoyed staying at Keon’s and Florence’s place. Especially the breakfast and the joint dinner was amazing! We had the best banana bread ever! The place is very calm and has an amazing scenic view of the Kerio Valley! The waterfall hike was another highlight, just a few minutes walk."

"As altitude is 2200 m was bit difficult to breathe for me but this just personal issue."

"The room size was good. Superb views over the Great Rift Valley from the property grounds. The excellent Kaptagat Forest was easily accessible, just a short walk away along a decent track. The host was very responsive to our questions beforehand. Breakfast (included in the room rate) and dinner (excellent value) were both very good. Coffee was excellent. Vegetarian meals were no problem for the hosts. Wi-fi was also very good. The temperature was also very pleasant - not too hot, or too cold."

"The main issue at the time of our stay was the poorly-maintained access track from Iten to Kilima. It was very poor. However, an alternative route to the property (that we were unaware of at the time) is much better, making the journey back to Iten easier for us. The host will detail you this good route, and so this hopefully will not be issue any more."

"We occupied the family house, which was more than spacious for our 4-members family. Meals together with the host family were very good and we enjoyed the chat as well. The view from the house and the garden is breathtaking."
