Exploreans Mara River Camp is located on the North West boundary of the Maasai Mara National Reserve overlooking the Mara River. It features a swimming pool and garden. Each tent features a patio with a view of the Mara River. It comes with a seating area and the private bathroom includes a shower. Mara’s in-house univers culinari offers buffet meals. Bush breakfast, lunch and dinner is also served. Coffee, tea and snacks are provided at the camp before morning game drives, and guests can enjoy beverages on the evening game drives. The property offers daily activities at the camp for ground package rates. Free WiFi is available in public areas. The nearest airstrip for transfers to the camp is Kichwa Tembo.

"The location on the river was idyllic. Saw Hippo, crocs, Zebra, Giraffe, Mongoose, Gennet, Waterbuck and bushbabys either in the grounds itself or from the restaurant across the river! The staff were lovely and so attentive. The food was excellent. Pessi the guide was outstanding. Paying per game drive rather than all inclusive."

"We had a great time at Mara River Camp and I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The camp has luxurious tents right on the Mara River - hippos, crocodiles and giraffes - to name just a few - can be observed right from your own terrace. But the really special thing about this camp is the dedicated and friendly team! I have never felt as welcome in an accommodation as I did at Mara River Camp - Joseph in particular is one that you can't help but fall in love with straight away. But the whole team is simply great and is redefining hospitality. The food and the first-class game drives complete this perfect experience. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for this indescribable experience!"

"Ich bin sehr traurig diesen Ort zu verlassen, es ist eines der schönsten Orte an denen ich je war… Die Präsidentensuite ist mehr als atemberaubend, mit eigener Terasse, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche und Affen die einen am Morgen wecken, aber sehr selbst & schaut euch die Bilder an. Jeden Tag sind uns neue Tiere begegnet, am Abend wurden immer vom Zimmer abgeholt & zurückgebracht & er war so lieb und nett, wir haben uns immer gefreut ihn zu sehen! Alles vom Personal waren unfassbar freundlich ob Benice, Rose und und und einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt… Das Essen ist sehr lecker und Wünsche wurden respektiert, der Kellner war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.. auch die Safari war ein Traum, unser Guide hat versucht uns alle Tiere in der Masai Mara zu zeigen. Wir danken dem gesamten Team für die unvergesslichen Momente, auch den Masai die uns aufgrund unserer Hochzeit geehrt haben & den tollen Kuchen ❤️ Es war rundum perfekt 😍"

"Die Lage ist einmalig, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr freundliches Personal, wir blieben leider nur eine Nacht und hatten Regen, daher konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen"
