"Sehr gute Lage, da Strand, Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants und Märkte zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann auch selbst mal etwas lauter sein ohne jemanden zu stören. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Gartenanlage, ein artenreiches Paradies direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Besonders Lob geht an die Hausmädchen. Saubere und schnelle arbeit, immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht, Diskret und absolut Vertrauenswürdig."
