"My flight was delayed, and I arrived late at night, but she arranged for a security guard, so check-in went very smoothly. The next day, I had a conference and needed a cab—she organized that for me too, and the taxi service she uses was fantastic. They were friendly and very punctual. Whenever I had a question, I simply texted her, and she responded quickly. If you want to feel safe and comfortable, like you’re at home, Kathy's place is the one!"

"Kudos to Ester who was very helpful both on whatsapp before getting to the house and during our stay. The location is past Fortamu and Papa Remo and the house has access to the beach through a tiny passage - but without all the beach boys. It was surprinsignly quiet no noise from the road nor from other houses. Twiga House has wifi and a back up generator. Rooms are quite spacious, have AC and ensuite but the extra beds are quite small so we wouldn't recommend an adult sleeps on them (though they have mosquito nets)."

"Everything was great! The apartment was secure, in a safe area and had all the amenities you needed. The 24 hour gym on site was the perfect addition! Keziah (the host) was very easy to communicate with and was happy to help with all my queries. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was good - she even got me out of a bind when my accommodation fell through and I needed somewhere to stay at short notice. The apartment is comfortable and located close to everything you need. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Nairobi!"
