"整體非常傑出，非常喜歡，並且價格相當實惠。 住處分為1樓：客廳、廚房、洗手間、浴室。2樓：寢區、小陽台。設備齊全、格局舒適、動線流暢。 地點位於安靜的商店街內，有許多特色小店可以探索，走出商店街後(約3分鐘)後，機能非常好，超商與飲食店家多，再走5-7分鐘可到寺田町車站。走路約25分鐘到天王寺車站。 室內空間相當大，超出我們預期的大，在客廳可以開啟三個28吋的行李箱而不感到壅擠，我們到後來整理時甚至是有開到5個，都還覺得很ok。 流理台、洗手台很寬敞是非常棒的事情，廚房、盥洗設備蠻齊全，每天都可以自己做早餐開啟美好的一天，浴室也很棒，早晚都能泡澡放鬆一下心情。 客廳也有大大的全身鏡可以在出門時好好確認。晾衣架稍小且不穩，我們三人住需每天洗0-1次衣服才晾得下，還算夠用。 寢區也很寬敞，一共放了3張雙人床、2張單人床，仍有空間可以走動甚至可以做簡單的運動，有兩格大櫃子，內有提供兩套漫畫，非常有趣。每人床頭都有自己的燈可以開關也有插座，很方便。 空間看起來是可以10個人居住，但3-5人感覺最剛好唷！ 希望新增小小的東西像是廚房抹布、鍋鏟、保鮮膜、鋁箔紙、全身鏡附近光線可以亮一點，還有因為日本的垃圾分類規定很嚴格且仔細，希望可以在說明書資料夾裡，附上相關規定。"
"入住第一天在某張床上發現一小點點的昆蟲排泄物，在放鍋具的櫃內有發現蟑螂屍體，過幾天有看到活體，都是大隻的，有點害怕。 鍋子很好用，但較大的不沾鍋上有金屬或粗海棉刮過的痕跡，很多且深。"
