"A very comfortable house. The host added some thoughtful details like tea and coffee. I did not use the kitchen but it is large for Japanese standards. There is a toilet on 2 of the 3 floors. Very clean. Thank you for hosting us!"

"まず部屋も広くて清潔で、キッチンもとても素敵でした。キッチン用品も揃っており、楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。お風呂も広く、洗い場のタイルがフカフカで冷たくなくて有り難かったです。旦那の誕生日で利用し、できる範囲で飾り付けをしていただきましたが、かなり素敵で豪華にやっていただき、とても喜んでおりました。電話対応の際も素敵な対応でしたし、全く不満など思いつきませんでした。ありがとうございました。"

"Location was amazing, the food you can have at the izakaya was amazing. They could speak english and one of the person working there translated the whole menu for us. They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."
