"The bed was fine. There was the possibility to use the washing machine. Room size is adequate."
"There were no glasses or kitchen towels. There were no face towels. The place doesn't feel clean. There is no shower curtain causing the bathroom to get all wet every shower."

"Quite a walk to the nearest stations and rather dirty, black mould and hairs in the shower room, which is very small. A bit of rubbish from the last guests left behind, sheets looked a bit unclean and there were quite a few hairs."

"The owner was very responsive when our hair dryer was broken, they replaced it very quickly. It is a great enough space to stay at for the cheap price in Tokyo. The location is nice if you want to live in a quiet neighbourhood but walking to the nearest station may be quite far especially for older people but overall, for me it's good enough."

"The place was nice and functional enough if you are not planning to cook too much. I actually enjoyed the area, it's a 20 min walk to Nakano or Koenji Station through small streets which I like, it allowed us to discover the area better."
"It is indeed small and it's hard to feel at ease with two people inside, most of all the bathroom. Luckily Kosugiyu sento is not far away for a good relaxing bath."
"Beds were quite cozy and comfortable. There is a 7/11 about 60 metres from the apartment. Getting to Koenji station by taxi took about 10 minutes and costs like 1,500 yen. Nakano station will cost about the same. If you're going by car there will be two coin parkings on the opposite side of the 7/11 and a bit larger coin parking about 100 metres to the left side of the apartment."
