"This apartment was HUGE! There was so much space in every room and the bathroom was enormous, complete with big spa. It also had two massage chairs!"

"We got the impression that it may be a “by the hour” type of establishment although the bed was not very comfortable"

"ホテル業界、ラブホなめたらいけんですね(*^^*) 求めるところにもよりますが、目的と満足を得るのなら、平民はホテルの選び方はラブホから優先して選びます🎵　今はシティホテル？ようわかりませんが、何とかグランドホテルとかはコストパフォーマンスでは価値観の違いはあるかもしれませんが、合理的に付加価値求める方ならエムズホテルはお勧めです(*^^*)"

"設備がかなり充実していました。ヘアアイロン、くるくるドライヤー、スキンケア化粧品類、入浴剤など… 着替えとコスメ化粧品だけあれば宿泊できます。荷物が減って大変助かりました！"

"受付の説明が気持ち良いくらい丁寧で分かりやすく初めて行ったのによかった飲食オーダーもかなりしましたが、他のホテルにないほどの良いタイミングでした（三が日なのに）連泊したいなと思えるホテルでした女性の方アメニティ充実で持ち込む必要有りませんよお勧めのHOTELです。料金も正月なのにリーズナブルでした✨ 調光特にわかる人のみですが最高でした。"

"No breakfast provided but the villa offers a lot of cooking equipment. Self check in and it's very quickly and simple. The equipment and washing machine are very clean and well. It's very spacious！ The view of the terrace is refreshed and relaxed. The onsen is awesome！ The bath is big enough for 3 kids to stay in. Everything is fine to our family and we all enjoyed the stay in Terra villa."

"Directly in Takadanobaba, Short Walk to the station, a lot of restaurants , bars, shops and everything you need (supermarket, conbini, drugstore) around the corner. The apartments neighborhood ist perfectly connected by train - everything (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku …) is reachable real fast. The appartment was cozy and quiet. It was equipped with all necessities! Check In-instructions and communication with the host were absolutely easy going and friendly. As a couple the space in the apartment was more than enough- for Japanese standards it was quiet large and comfortable to have a second room for our luggage and a small table/sofa to have a late night snack and drink ☺️"

"Some lovely thoughtful touches inside the house, such as tissues in every room and nice art on the walls. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Shower downstairs was amazing. Location was perfect. We felt we were living amongst the locals. The streets nearby were filled with gorgeous lanterns, in preparation for Halloween."
