"Very comfortable and clean accommodation within walking distance to many Aomori attractions as well as the station. We visited during heavy snow and the accommodation was still accessible with a covered entrance. The owners even checked if we were okay!"

"A clean, small but cozy one bedroom apartment. It’ll be perfect for a couple but not for 4 adults as it will be too cramp. Adequate heating in living room. checkin is a breeze and host is very responsive and gets back pretty fast. All lights have dimmer functions which is very useful. Hot water heater has good mixer for warm water during showering. 2 single beds are very comfortable and mattress has a firm texture and it comes with comforters. However, the pillows are too thin and small. One small pillow for 1 guest. It’ll be great if you can supply more pillows. The kitchen is well equipped and the enough walkable space inside the apartment. Bathroom and toilet are separated which is good feature in Japanese homes."

"the staircase is too steep and narrow to carry luggages up to level 2. The bedroom and living area is pretty small to set up for 2 futons. You have to place the 2 coffee tables aside to make room for 2 futons in the living room. Bedroom is too small to accommodate even 1 futon. You have to set up futons by yourself and their instructions are easy to follow. Free usage of car park lot at no 10. Sometimes it is difficult to park as lot is in a corner so need to make many turns especially there are other cars parked next to us. Be careful about the chain lock on the inside of apartment. It is faulty so we panicked when we cannot open it. Fortunately we managed to release it. There’s a heater rug switch below the carpet which may cause unwanted risk of tripping over so maybe host can consider removing it. The sofa is tiny to sit 4 adults. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay."

"Great location. Basically near everything you could need. It seems like it would be a great place to stay for the Nebuta festival! It was nice and clean. They had turned up the heat for us before we arrived :) definitely would stay again or possibly check out another option from the same owner."

We have pretty big luggage, and I travel with my parents in their 70s…even I have a little trouble carrying their luggage up for them. 3. 2 beds and the rest are futons. I have no problem with this, but if there are like 5 to 6 or you, it’ll be a little tight."
