"Excellent location for doing trips via JETT Bus (bus to Petra and also day tours they run) as it is only a 7 minute walk. Room very comfortable and clean. Note, the desk is not regularly attended, but staff are contactable via WhatsApp."

"- the gentleman (called Saeed) at the reception was friendly and helpful. - perfect location if we want to catch the JETT buses to other places in Jordan (the bus station/office is 5-7 mins walk). Moreover, the boulevard (lots of restaurants and entertainment) and Abdali mall are also 10-15 mins walk."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay and Wonderful Staff I had a really nice stay here for two days. The staff were very good and extremely cooperative — even during off hours. I was supposed to check in around 2:00 AM, and they managed everything very smoothly and professionally. The hotel is located right in the center of the city, making it convenient to reach all main attractions. It also offers great value for money, especially if you’re not specifically looking for a 4-star or 5-star property. Parking is also available, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I truly appreciate the staff for their support and friendly service. Highly recommended!"
