"We had a wonderful stay at Rum Stars. Ahmed and his team were great. Ahmed was flexible with the tour timing and the costs were transparent from the start. Luggage was handled well. The room was clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We did not expect such a level of comfort in the middle of the desert. We enjoyed sitting on the swing while watching the sunset and sunrise. Dinner and breakfast were both good and plentiful. Drinking water was provided, and tea and coffee were also available. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again."

"Such a wonderful place to stay. Staff superb and experience so memorable, never been anywhere like Wadi Rum! An unforgettable location- feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but attentively looked after by the family at Rum Stars Camp. Secure parking a bonus and great tour, although next time I would probably go just for the sunset and tea rather than the more 'touristy' parts of the tour. Chilling on the private deck looking at the stars very, very special.....fingers crossed for clear skies!"

"Everything was perfect — we had the most wonderful stay. The camp is located in a breathtaking setting, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We booked a half-day tour with them, and they took us to several stunning sightseeing spots. In the evening, they prepared a delicious dinner, and in the morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast before they drove us back to Wadi Rum. We can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience!"

"People are super welcoming and nice - great communication with the camp owner Ahmed; great drive and welcoming with Abdulah and desert 3h tour with Zahir (sorry to the team if I'm misspelling or confusing some names!). The food was tasty and it was great to have tea by the campfire at night. Great to meet Ahmed, who shared a bit about his journey as entrepreneur and life philosophy. The bed was comfortable and we had great water pressure and temperature for a hot shower. We stayed in a executive suite."

"If you're travelling in the winter like us, expect to be cold inside your room and at the big tent where food is served. There is AC in the bedroom but it doesn't really get the room warm when it's 5ºC outside. The big tent is huge and there is not enough heaters for such a big space, so you'll be eating with your feather jacket on. Honestly, I'm not sure if it would be any different in other camps (it's tents, so no big surprise that isolation is not great). Anyway, if you're looking for a genuine experience and not looking for fancy Instagram-ready places, this is a great spot to stay at for the value it costs."

"First we were a little disappointed; our cabin didn’t overlook the valley (facing north). However, next morning we enjoyed the sunrise from our bed through the large porch window and the time in the swing indulging the morning sun."
